For the past 11 years James has not only been teaching 4 nights a week at the Builders Academy the diploma of Building & Construction but during the daytime through his builds and a tuition program, James provides his students the next step to gain the necessary skills where his students can be ready to go for their builder's license. With a success rate of 98% over this time The Victorian pathway to becoming a builder, Young Builders can support and has many success stories with students over the years who are running successful building companies of their own, often a relationship James maintains well after the process is finished due to his teaching style and mentorship.
